Brasserie de La Clochette

Après quelques expériences individuelles dans diverses fabrications de boissons fermentées (cidres, vins de fruits,…), nous sommes passés à la fabrication de bières. C’est ainsi que nous avons commencé à brasser en petites quantités (20 litres) dans un garage à la rue de la Clochette à Saint-Mard. Puis nous sommes passés à la vitesse supérieure en brassant 200, puis 1000 litres, dans les installations de la Brasserie Gengoulf à Villers devant Orval. 

La première bière fut brassée en 2012, et fin 2013 nous avons commencé à commercialiser notre produit : la Clochette Ambrée. 

 

En souvenir de nos origines, nous avons donné à notre brasserie le nom de la rue dans laquelle nous avons réalisé nos premiers brassins. 
Après une expérience de 3 ans à brasser dans les cuves d’autres brasseries (Gengoulf, Sainte-Hélène, La Lienne), nous avons alors décidé de franchir le pas et de réaliser notre rêve : avoir notre propre installation. 
En parallèle, nous suivions tous les 4 la formation de « micro-brasserie » à l’IFAPME. 
Ces années d’itinérance ont connu leur aboutissement le 30 juillet 2016, date de notre premier brassin 100% stabulois.
