Brasserie de Villers-la-Ville

A côté du domaine de l’Abbaye de Villers, vous pouvez désormais visiter la nouvelle micro-brasserie. En effet, depuis 2016, des guides passionnés vous expliquent comment se fabriquent les 4 bières bio brassées sur place et de manière artisanale, dont une reconstitution de la bière des moines.

La micro-brasserie de l'Abbaye est installée dans un ancien bâtiment du 19e siècle, une ancienne carrosserie et écurie de l’hôtel des ruines

Lors de votre visite, le guide présente le projet de micro-brasserie initié par la Confrérie des Hostieux Moines, l’histoire de la bière de l’abbaye de Villers. Il aborde ensuite les différentes phases de fabrication avec une découverte des installations.
