Brasserie Ferme de Bertinchamps

HISTOIRE

Notre père Benoît Humblet, maître-brasseur depuis quarante ans, avait le rêve un peu fou de rassembler notre famille autour d’un nouveau projet brassicole.

En 2011, nous découvrons à proximité de Gembloux la vieille Ferme en carré de Bertinchamps, sise en pleine campagne le long d’une ancienne chaussée romaine… cadre idéal pour y implanter notre brasserie.

Le site nécessite une rénovation totale ; nous nous mettons donc immédiatement à la tâche.

En mars 2013, notre équipement brassicole ultra-moderne est installé dans les anciennes granges… contraste saisissant entre une infrastructure à la pointe de la technologie et un site vieux de plus de sept siècles.

Notre mission : créer des bières de terroir à l’ancienne, de qualité et de caractère, qui ravissent le palais… du plaisir en bouteille, brassé en famille, à savourer en toute simplicité !

Notre bouteille, en format généreux de 50cl, invite au partage et à la convivialité.

Notre étiquette arbore fièrement un grand « B », référence selon vos envies à Bertinchamps, à la Bière, à la Belgique, à Benoît,…

Notre gamme de base se compose de trois authentiques bières de ferme, pur malt et houblon : la Blonde, la Brune et la Triple.

Une bière d’Hiver est proposée durant les fêtes de fin d’année. Une bière Blanche et une bière Pamplemousse désaltérantes prennent le relais durant les beaux jours.
