About Access-i
What is Access-i?
Our mission: Provide reliable and verified information about the accessibility of places open to the public in Wallonia and Brussels!
Nous répondons à ce type de questions :
- Can I come alone? Do I need to be accompanied?
- Is the staff trained to welcome people with specific needs?
- Is the information written in Easy-to-Read and Understand language?
- Is the visit interpreted in sign language?
- Are there benches along the route?
- Is an audio guide available for the visit?
- Is the car park located near the entrance?
- Is the toilet accessible/adapted?
How does it work?
We organise a visit to the location to carry out an inventory of existing facilities.
Each visited location has an information sheet. This information sheet includes:
- a description of the place;
- photos of the on-site facilities;
- a list of strengths and points of attention by type of disability;
- useful documents to help prepare your visit.
