In 2022, Access-i won the visit.brussels framework contract to audit and certify tourism operators in the Brussels-Capital Region. Today, it’s a success : 34 tourist sites and 3 events are now certified ! 🎉

Are you a tourism operator in Brussels ? Take advantage of visit.brussels' support to obtain Access-i certification, the benchmark label for accessibility. With the help of the Brussels-Capital Region, your establishment can be audited free of charge.

In 2018, the Fédération des Parcs naturels de Wallonie launched the Natur'Accessible project, proposing to make nature accessible to all. As a result, 9 trails spread across the Walloon Nature Parks and located exclusively in Natura 2000 areas have been developed for people with special needs.

A first for Access-i : certification of an urban cycle route ! That's right, Pro Velo Brussels is offering an 8 km ride between the municipalities of Jette and Laeken ! These two municipalities are unique in that they combine city life and nature.

A big first for people with special needs ! A pilot project led by Access-i : the Forest of Soignes cycle route has been certified. And it's unique : a roadbook accessible in FALC (Easy to Read and Understand) is available to help everyone plan their route safely.
