Services offered by Access-i

1 Audit (accessibility assessment)

An auditor from one of the 6 Access-i accredited expert offices visits your location to take measurements and photos. Afterwards, the various experts meet to discuss the accessibility levels of the location.

Once the accessibility levels are defined, you are “certified by Access-i”. This means information about the location’s accessibility is available. Visitors are invited to visit www.access-i.be, where they can find the strengths and points of attention of the certified location, categorised by type of disability. This allows them to plan their visit safely.

2 Recommendations to improve your location's accessibility

The auditor can provide you with advice and technical guidelines to maximise your accessibility.

3 Support during building works

If you are carrying out construction or renovation works, the auditor can support you throughout the process (analysis of plans, validation of planned facilities, site visits, etc.).
