The hotel has 8 PRM rooms and a PRM parking space in the customer car park, for which assistance is required.

The entrance to the hotel could pose a problem due to the presence of a double step (1 and 2 cm cfr photo) and a pronounced slope on the pavement (up to 7% in places).
The automatic doors are deactivated from 11:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., so you have to go through a swing door with a step (2 to 8 cm) or ask the night staff to reactivate the automatic opening.

Access to the PRM WC in the lobby is via a lifting platform with a swinging door (access to the call button in the PRM WC is complicated).
Access to the breakfast buffet is also via this platform lift (the exit to the buffet floor has a step: the level is poorly adjusted).

The PRM rooms have a walk-in shower with grab rails and a shower seat.
They also have a PRM toilet with two grab rails, one of which is difficult to use (sloping grab rail).
Please note that the clear passage to the shower room/toilet is only 80 cm.
The height of the bed mattress is 70cm.

There are a few points to note:

The room numbers are not written in Braille (but consideration is being given to adding them).

Inside the lobby, there is a kicker which is currently badly positioned (risk of bumping into the handles at hip height, undetectable with a walking stick).

In the lift, there is no Braille on the traditional buttons, but there is Braille on the PRM buttons. There is no voice synthesis.

The staircase leading to the buffet has a handrail on each side, but they are not extended at the bottom (they are at the top).
