Welcome to Access-i

L'Arvô - Info Tourisme de Limbourg

Limbourg Tourism welcomes you to the Arvô.

This former town hall, first mentioned in 1446, was demolished by the French in 1675 and rebuilt between 1681 and 1687. It was completely renovated in 2024.

The work has greatly improved accessibility. A lift has been installed to reach the upper floors.

The tourist office occupies the ground floor of the building, while the first floor is reserved for thematic and artistic exhibitions.

The building will reopen to the public in spring 2025. Here you'll find all the information you need about Limburg's heritage and the surrounding walking routes !

It is possible for people with reduced mobility to request access by car to the front of the building, to drop someone off or to park. Simply telephone the number displayed in front of the removable bollards at the top of the square.

Limbourg's public spaces have been renovated while preserving their heritage features, including the irregular cobblestones that can be difficult to walk on.

For people with motor disabilities, the entrance to the building is on the same level, through the alternative door located under the porch (l'Arvô). You have to ring the bell to open the old wooden door. For other visitors, the main entrance is at the rear, through the glass door above 2 steps.

A lift serves all 3 levels. There is an adapted toilet on the ground floor. There is adequate lighting throughout.

Outside the building, there is also a public toilet accessible during the season, from 9am to 6pm.

Only the tourist reception area was taken into account in the assessment.
