Welcome to Access-i

Centre d'interprétation de la pierre de Sprimont

The Centre d'Interprétation de la Pierre (Stone Interpretation Centre) offers you an interactive exhibition with lots of activities. Would you like to go fossil-hunting, take on the role of archaeologist or stone-cutter? You'll be immersed in the geological environment, the palaeontological and archaeological discoveries and the workings of a power station in a magnificent setting steeped in history, at the heart of an active quarrying site.

Access-i certification covers the museum area.

The Stone Interpretation Centre also has an Event area comprising a large hall, a mezzanine and a cafeteria. These areas are also accessible via a separate entrance and the museum lift.

To discover the museum space interactively and enjoy a visit at your own pace, you can now download the visit application onto your smartphone. The tour application is free.

For those who wish, handsets with the tour application are available from reception (hire charge: €2).
