The car park near the entrance to the building is the "Cité" car park, for which a charge is made. The parking spaces open directly onto the esplanade where the building entrance is located.
On the street side of the Cité car park, there is a ramp to use. On the other side of the esplanade, from the street, there is a staircase to cross but this is compensated for by a ramp in the immediate vicinity.
The evacuation of PRMs in the building has been planned with the presence of: flashing lights, refuge areas equipped with a safety intercom, evacuation chairs in the emergency staircases, a folding seat in the fire lift.
