This certification only concerns the building and not any future events that may take place there.
During events, the layout of the premises is likely to change, resulting in a change in accessibility. Responsibility for this change would then lie with the event organiser.

CIVA offers an exceptional setting for your events!

Our modular rooms and attentive team will do their utmost to ensure the success of your reception.

The CIVA offers a host of unique spaces for your events:

  • Meeting room: ideal for conferences, seminars and training courses.
  • Terrace: a peaceful setting for cocktails and outdoor lunches.
  • Foyer: a warm and inviting space for your receptions.
  • Auditorium: equipped with state-of-the-art technology for your conferences and presentations.

There is a drop-off point just outside the entrance and a goods lift for easy access to the different floors where the rental rooms are located.

Event venues do not have built-in or portable induction loops. During an event, it will be up to the organiser to provide this.
