Espace TEC d'Ottignies

ESPACES TEC are present everywhere in Wallonia:

- Sale of all transport tickets

- Information for passengers (timetables, routes, fares)

- After-sales service

- Certificates / Duplicates.

⚠ If a ticket dispenser is present, it has not been audited as it is not part of the certification audit. 

⚠ Busy period: mainly at the beginning of the school year.

The ATM is too high to be handled by a person in a wheelchair. The configuration of the place does not allow the staff member to come and help the person to pay.
