The CIVA: visits and workshops for all ages!

The CIVA's Education Department offers activities for everyone, from 3-year-olds to 99-year-olds!

Their aim is simple: to help you discover architecture, the city and the landscape in a fun and interactive way.

To do this, they offer a varied programme of tours and creative workshops.

Guided tours:

  • Suitable for all ages and all levels of knowledge.
  • Discover the CIVA's permanent collections and temporary exhibitions.
  • Are led by enthusiastic and experienced guides.

These workshops are aimed at groups, so don't hesitate to contact them. The education department will be happy to work out a programme of activities with you.

Located on the second floor of the CIVA, the Cité des Enfants is a veritable paradise for curious children aged 3 to 99.

  • A lift is available for access to the area without taking the stairs.
  • The educational room is designed to be accessible to children. Everything can be touched, manipulated and experimented with for a sensory and fun discovery.
  • Guided tours specially designed for children with visual impairments or comprehension difficulties can be organised on request.
  • Workshops and games adapted to their needs enable them to get the most out of the experience.

One point for improvement:

  • The toilets for people with reduced mobility do not currently comply with accessibility standards.
