Gîte Le Clos Nestor

Near Malmedy, the Robertville lake, the Hautes Fagnes, the Spa-Francorchamps race track, Stavelot Abbey..., in the beautiful and peaceful village of Xhoffraix, the splendid Le Clos Nestor gîte offers a luxurious change of scenery, relaxation and leisure.

This completely renovated former farmhouse has 9 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (including one for people with reduced mobility on the ground floor), a spacious living room, a large fully-equipped kitchen, an indoor swimming pool equipped with a splash pool, a steam room, a sauna, a billiards area, a lovely terrace and a large, leafy garden.

In the basement there is a superb cinema room with a giant screen and seating for 18.

The bedrooms enjoy exceptional views over the surrounding countryside.

On arrival, the contact person welcomes holidaymakers and provides all the explanations they need for their stay.

Access-i certification only applies to the main premises, not the secondary leisure facilities.

However, for this complex, the secondary leisure facilities are also accessible, including the swimming pool, hammam, sauna, billiards area, terrace, etc.

Consequently, for this gîte, the levels of accessibility of the secondary leisure facilities are given for each category of person with reduced mobility, in free comments.

The PRM parking space is +/-10 m from the entrance (building opposite). A drop-off point is available right next to the entrance door.

The PRM room is on the ground floor and gives direct access to all the living and leisure areas.

Only the cinema room, which offers additional leisure facilities, is located in the basement.

For electric wheelchair users, a power socket can be provided by the manager, directly next to the bed (to be specified when booking).
