Gîte Le Fagotin
Le Fagotin is a large capacity gîte that can accommodate up to 54 people. The accommodation is spread over 3 floors and can be adapted to each individual case. The rooms are composed of single or bunk beds, private or shared shower rooms...
Le Fagotin is a rural eco-educational centre that has been recognised as a Youth Centre (CRH), Nature Centre, Animation Farm and Social Tourism. The association has developed its activities to become a key player in environmental education in the Liège Ardennes.
Their close collaboration with various local partners, from the environmental sector or not, has enabled them to develop numerous innovative and original activities and to reach a public that is sometimes unaware of sustainability issues.
Their values are built around four key terms: CITIZENSHIP, SUSTAINABILITY, SOLIDARITY & WELFARE.
In summer and winter, the Fagotin team, made up of experienced facilitators, offers courses, green classes, workshops, walks, guides, training courses, meetings, etc., in order to share the wealth of Wallonia's natural heritage with everyone, especially young people.
Far from the so-called traditional methods, le fagotin proposes an innovative pedagogy in connection with the Living World: sensitive approach, critical spirit, creativity, integration...
Their numerous activities are described on their website.
