Gîte Mozaïk

Ideally located just 2 minutes' walk from Louvain-la-Neuve town centre and station, Gîte Mozaïk is a facility available for all types of stay (solo holidays, with family or friends, business trips or school breaks).

Gîte Mozaik describes itself as a "lively placewhere ideas are shared and cultures and nationalities of all ages mix".

The gîte has a breakfast room, as well as a number of spaces that can be adapted to different configurations (conference format, classroom style, etc.).

  • The signage is not adapted and does not make it possible to orient oneself easily.
  • The location is complex and it is difficult to understand its organisation.

The Gîte does not have a car park, but 2 public wheelchair parking spaces are available close to the entrance (distance +- 200m).

At present, rooms suitable for PRM have a bunk bed with a ladder on the front.

The Gîte is located in a pedestrian area. It is possible to drop people off +- 200m from the entrance.

Inside the Gîte, attention should be paid to the pedometer tiles at the stairs, as they are poorly positioned (too far from the step).

The layout of the rooms inside the Gîte is complex.

Access to and in the basement rooms has a headroom of +- 214cm.

The Gîte is located in a pedestrian area. It is possible to drop people off +- 200m from the entrance.

In the breakfast room, the large perimeter windows are not secure. There is also a risk of glare depending on the direction of the sun. The same applies to the corridors, where some of the glazing is not secured/contrasted.

Access to and in the rooms located in the basement has a headroom of +- 214cm.

The layout inside the gîte is complex. There are no guide lines to facilitate movement.
