Welcome to Access-i

Grand Curtius

The Grand Curtius is located in an exceptional architectural complex made up of buildings dating from the 16th to the 21st centuries, which have been magnificently restored.

The collections focus on the eventful history of Liège since its origins, and are at the forefront of art history. Rich evidence of the first civilisations, masterpieces of medieval art, sculptures and Baroque goldsmiths follow one another, not forgetting the extraordinary wealth of glass and weapons, which make the Grand Curtius one of the world's leading museums in these fields. The visit lasts more than 2 hours.

Throughout the year, the Grand Curtius offers exhibitions that highlight one or other aspect of the Liège museum collections.
The Museum Activities Service also invites you to discover the museums through guided tours, activities, creative workshops, film club, etc. It is aimed at all audiences and takes them into the world of art.
