During events, the layout of the premises may change, resulting in a change in accessibility. The responsibility for this change would then lie with the event organiser.
Furthermore, the certification visit only concerned the public part of the building and not the rented parts.
Description of the VENUE :
The large hall is taken over as the main function. The alley, the small hall and the cellar are secondary functions.

Safety
- The signage is not adapted and does not make it possible to orient oneself easily.

People in weelchair
- The path from the alley to the small hall has an S-shaped passage, without sufficient turning area (130x140cm)
- Access to the cellar is via a lifting platform. Access-i does not guarantee its daily use
- In the cellar, the area next to the stage is not wheelchair accessible.
- The PRM toilet room is 1.58x1.37m. It does not have a sufficient transfer area and the grab bars are poorly placed.
- In the Great Hall, when the bleachers are installed, wheelchair users find themselves in front of the first row or on the sides
