Admission for people with special needs is €5 (reduced rate).

Accessibility levels are those recorded during the audit carried out in June 2024. However, the Musée gaumais is working towards greater accessibility. A number of adaptations are planned for the coming months, including explanatory booklets in FALC, audio and video guides, and an adapted map of the museum. Don't hesitate to consult this Access-i sheet or the museum website regularly.

People in weelchair
There is a PRM parking space close to the entrance, but it is too small and has an old cobblestone surface.
The entrance door is double-leaf. Only 64 cm of clearance is available on one door, so it is essential to open both doors. This requires the intervention of reception staff (use of a key is required).
There is a lift in each wing, but using it requires the intervention of a third party: a call button less than 50 cm from a wall or the opening of a door by staff in the old wing.
A complete visit to the museum takes around 2 hours.
The PRM toilet is not compliant: insufficient floor space, too small transfer area and bowl height, only one grab bar, etc.
