Médiacité (centre commercial)

Suite à une rénovation d'une ancienne friche industrielle dans le quartier Londoz, la Médiacité de Liège est un centre commercial avec plus de 124 enseignes dont certaines pour la première fois en Belgique.

Complexe multifonctionnel mêlant commerces, loisirs, cultures, médias et activités économiques, Médiacité a réussi la gageure de faire de l’ancien quartier liégeois un nouveau pôle d’attractivité. Autour du Centre commercial, on peut y retrouver les studios de la RTBF, une patinoire, des salles de multimédia...

Seules les parties communes du Centre commercial ont fait l'objet de cette analyse.
