Welcome to Access-i

Office du Tourisme de Tournai

The Tourist Office has practical information on all the sites to visit in Tournai, in Wallonia Picardy and in the Eurometropolis area (Lille-Courtrai-Tournai). A number of services are available: a projection room showing the films "Les Folles Histoires de Tournai" on the two-thousand-year-old history of Tournai, and "De la pierre au ciel" (From Stone to Sky) which retraces the epic of the Cathedral of Notre-Dame de Tournai in 3D, from its origins to the present building; a reception area for groups; a souvenir shop; a vaulted exhibition room (medieval cellar); a wifi area, etc.

The Tourist Office has a team available to help organise and book an adapted guided tour.

The building has pretty Louis XVI style facades and stands on 12th century medieval cellars, now an exhibition space.

Mirror, pretty mirror, tell me I am the most beautiful of all cathedrals... As you cross the threshold of the Tourist Office, admire the immense and magnificent mirror that stands before you.
This permanent work of art with changing reflections shows you the facets of the 5 bell towers of the majestic Notre-Dame Cathedral in golden pixels.
