The new multi-purpose hall is designed for the same users who now occupy it in turn: the Tamines Academy of Fine Arts, which hosts groups of 20 children, the ASBL "Dauphins sambriens", which gives courses for disabled people, and the "Club échecs de la Basse-Sambre".
