Tour Astro (actiris)

The Astro Tower is a Brussels building located in the commune of Saint-Josse-ten-Noode in the Brussels-Capital Region. It reaches a height of 107 metres.

It was designed by Albert De Doncker.

With a surface area of 34,820 m2 spread over 33 floors, the Astro Tower has housed offices since its construction in 1976. It housed the offices of Fortis Bank and Fortis Investments until 2005.

Sold by HPG Belgium NV (owner) to Luresa-Spain in April 2008, the tower underwent a complete renovation to the Brussels 2015 passive house standard, which started in 2014 and was completed in autumn 2016. The new project was designed by the offices Altiplan (Brussels) and Estudio Lamela (Madrid). After the renovation, it is the highest passive building in Europe.

On delivery, the entire building will house the 1200 employees of Actiris, the employment offices of the Brussels Region, the VDAB and Brussels Training.

There is a car park in the basement. Reserved parking spaces for disabled people are available on level -1. It is necessary to contact Actiris to access the car park and request a reserved space.
