Welcome to Access-i

Circuit vélo - Liège-Butgenbach-Malmedy

Distance : 36 km (return)

Start : Worriken 1, 4750 Butgenbach

Finish : Avenue de la gare 22, 4960 Malmedy

The route is a return trip to Malmedy.  The entire route is on the Ravel.

First you take the RAVeL of Line 45A in Bütgenbach, then you pass the reservoir on the Warche and the Worriken tourist and leisure centre. Then you join a section of the famous Vennbahn (Line 48) as far as Waimes.

The history of these routes is linked to the historic crossroads between the Luxembourg, Prussian and Belgian railways. All of them have contributed to the development of these lines.

The walk is very pleasant and takes place in a green setting.

For more information, see the description.
