FIFF - Festival international du film francophone de Namur 2024
This year, the Festival International du Film Francophone is continuing its commitment to making the festival accessible to all.
For this third edition, in collaboration with Access-i, only the Caméo, the Delta and the Bourse have been audited and recommended for accessibility, and are included in the Access-i certification.

The certification obtained is based on the main purpose of the festival: the screening of films.

In general
Strong points
- PRM managers can be contacted before and during the festival.
- A large number of trained volunteers will be on hand to help you if necessary (at the entrance and in the buildings). They will be visually identifiable. Don't hesitate to go and find them, or ask in advance for any help you need.
- There are PRM parking spaces near the entrance to each of the buildings. These are on-street parking spaces, and the organisers cannot guarantee their availability.
- - Le Caméo: there are PRM spaces in the following streets: rue de l'Ange (2 spaces), rue des Carmes (1 space), rue de Fer (3 spaces), rue Godefroid (2 spaces) and rue de Bruxelles (5 spaces).
- - Le Delta: PRM spaces are available in avenue Fernand Golenvaux (1 space) and rue du Pont (2 spaces).
- - La Bourse: PRM spaces are available in rue de Fer (3 spaces) and rue du Pont (2 spaces).
- Clear, uniform signage makes it easy to find your way around the well-defined, secure areas.
- Paper versions of the programme are available at the Caméo, Delta and Bourse ticket offices.
- Payment: via pre-payment or cash on site
- Guide and assistance dogs are welcome.
- There will be no difficulty in getting around the site. All areas will be accessible, with short distances between them.
Points of attention
- The festival can be reached by various means of public transport. Some routes from bus stops are long and difficult.
- There are roadworks in Namur city centre, so it may be difficult to park near the event venues.
- The buildings hosting the event are open and it is possible to enter and leave the building freely.
- The festival is not confined to a specific area.
People in weelchair
Strong points
- There are PRM parking spaces near the entrance to each of the buildings. These are on-street parking spaces and the organisers cannot guarantee their availability.
- Le Caméo: there are PRM parking spaces in the following streets: rue de l'Ange (2 spaces), rue des Carmes (1 space), rue de Fer (3 spaces), rue Godefroid (2 spaces) and rue de Bruxelles (5 spaces).
- Le Delta: PRM spaces are available in avenue Fernand Golenvaux (1 space) and rue du Pont (2 spaces).
- La Bourse: PRM spaces are available at rue de Fer (3 spaces) and rue du Pont (2 spaces).
- Two public pay car parks are available near the Delta (€5 flat rate in the evening (7pm-9am)):
- the Beffroi car park (under the Place d'Armes) with 5 PRM spaces,
- Confluence car park (rue du Grognon) with 17 disabled spaces.
- A drop-off point is available close to the 3 buildings.
- Entrances to the buildings are either on the same level or have a ramp (alternative entrance to the left of the main entrance to the Bourse).
- A team of volunteers is on hand to provide information and help.
- Ticket offices are located at the Bourse and the Caméo. The ticket offices have a lowered section.
- Paper copies of the programme are available at the ticket offices.
- Payment: by credit card or cash on site.
- Horizontal circulation: corridors and aisles are wide enough.
- Vertical circulation: there are lifts to all floors. Volunteers can accompany you.
- Reserved seating in the rooms (4 places): it is important to make a reservation to ensure availability.
- At the Delta, the furniture is mobile.
- The toilets at the Caméo and the Delta are adapted.
- Delta : The toilet on the ground floor offers two transfer areas.
- Delta: The toilet on the drum room level has a single transfer area on the right.

- From the outside, to find the entrance, it is possible to follow natural guide lines (kerbs), which may be interrupted depending on the different spaces.
- The stairs are not equipped with pedomark tiles. We advise you to use the lift.
- There is no voice synthesis in the lift. The buttons are in Braille and in relief. We advise you to turn to the volunteers if you need to be accompanied.
- It can be difficult for a blind person to find their way around the buildings on their own.
- Tariffs are not available in Braille. Please ask staff for details.

- There are no Magnetic Induction Loops (MIL) at the ticket offices (Caméo / Bourse), but admission prices will be visible there. Volunteers will accompany you into the halls and communication assistance is available.

Points of attention
- Please note: the venue is in the centre of Namur, so some people may leave the buildings and find themselves in the middle of town.
- During film screenings, the lack of lighting in the auditorium may disturb some people.
- There are no sessions planned with adapted facilities (dimmed lights, reduced noise level, etc.).
- The content of some lectures may be difficult to understand (but as the main function of this festival is to screen films, this does not affect the colour of certification).
- The film synopses are not in FALC, but you can view the trailers on the FIFF website.
- The festival's programming is sometimes subject to age limits.
