Strong points

To ensure that everyone is able to enjoy the event to the full, the festival is committed to providing a range of facilities to facilitate access for all.

Proposed facilities:

• PRM tickets for easy identification
• Reserved parking right next to the entrance, with volunteers on hand to welcome you (Rue de la Tonne). Please see the access procedure on the festival website: lesardentes.be/festival/fr/infos/PMR and, as spaces are limited, a booking procedure has been set up at pmr@lesardentes.be.
• Adapted entrance (via VIP entrance)
• A PRM information and rest stand at the heart of the festival, with WC, fridge, guide-dog bar, charging facilities and crutches and wheelchair hire.
• Adapted toilets at various points on the festival site
• PRM podiums overlooking the main BIG EYE and PHOENIX stages
• A team of volunteers ready to meet your needs from 1pm to 1am. Identifiable by their PRM Welcome t-shirt and spread out between the car park, the podiums and the PRM information desk.
• Experienced volunteer managers who can be contacted by telephone if necessary 
• Adapted paths leading to the stages, food areas and amenities
• Cashless payment facilities 
• This year, part of the regular campsite has been made accessible, with adapted sanitary facilities (toilets and showers) and wheelchair access around the site.

Points of attention

• A huge crowd is expected for this festival.
• The new festival site stretches over 25 hectares, some of which are quite long and complex.
• The route has many irregularities.
• The plain is uneven (up to 4% in places).
• The distance between the festival site and the campsite is considerable.
• Given the location of the festival, mobility on the site is dependent on weather conditions.

• The size of the site and the length of the paths mean that you have to think ahead.
• No toilets at the foot of the practice areas.
• Paths with different surfaces, lots of irregularities and unevenness.
• Some of the bars, food stands and ticket offices are too high, requiring the help of volunteers.
