Les Assises de l’accessibilité
- CAWaB (Collectif Accessibilité Wallonie Bruxelles) is pleased to be organising a special morning devoted to the current state of accessibility in Brussels.
- This meeting will be an opportunity for anyone working in the disability, diversity or mobility sectors to find out about the progress and current projects in the field of accessibility in various areas: town planning, mobility, housing, communication, digital technology, tourism, etc.
- This will be an opportunity to welcome speakers (STIB, Bruxelles-Mobilité, SNCB, visit.brussels, Equal.Brussels, UNIA, etc.) who will be sharing recent advances in accessibility within their organisation or jurisdiction.

- Access from the Gare du Midi is via Rue Théodore Verhaegen. The street has a slope.
- The building's floor coverings provide little contrast.
- La Tricoterie is open to the public, so it is possible to enter and leave the building freely.

- Getting around inside the building is easy and follows a logical path.
- You can take a lift to the adapted toilet in the basement.
- Reserved seating will be provided in the front row.
- The seats can be moved to sit next to someone close to you. Don't hesitate to ask a steward if you need help.
- Access to the terrace will be possible with the installation of a ramp.
- Lunch will be buffet style. Staff can help to serve themselves or offer to serve at the table.
- The bar is too high. Position yourself on the right so that staff can see you.
