The Uccle Cultural Centre is contemporary with the Atomium. Designed to be set in a green environment opposite Wolvendael Park, the first stone was laid on 30 November 1957. The Uccle Cultural and Artistic Centre was inaugurated on 5 October 1958. The CCU is the work of architect Léon Stijnen, who also designed the casinos in Knokke, Blankenberge and Ostend.

Luxia is a new office building located on Boulevard de Waterloo in the Pentagon district, in Louise, close to the Brussels Courthouse.
The building has just been completely renovated with workspaces on nine floors. The ground floor features spacious and pleasant communal areas and meeting rooms. There is also a fitness area. Underground parking is available. Accessibility has been taken into account throughout and is available in all communal areas.
