Parking

• There are two reserved parking spaces less than 100 meters from the entrance.

Entrance

• The building and entrance are easy to find. There is a step less than 18 cm high at the entrance, offset by a 90 cm wide ramp. There is a doorbell at the entrance to request assistance.

Reception

• Staff are available to welcome and assist people with specific needs.

• The open space in front of the ticket counter is sufficiently large. The payment system is easy to use.

Horizontal Circulation

• Wheelchairs are available (1 standard and 1 narrower airplane-style wheelchair for access to the restaurant).

• There are no steps to navigate inside. The layout is level and spacious.

• Ramps provide access to the fuselage (cockpit and cabin). Staff are available to assist passengers. There are two tables with open space, without chairs, to accommodate a wheelchair. It is possible to remove one of the cockpit seats to use the flight simulator.

Accessible restroom

• An accessible restroom is available, clearly marked, and easy to use. The doors to this restroom are heavy and narrow (82 and 81 cm). There is an accessible sink in the accessible restroom.

• Assistance is required to open the doors.

• The entrance area is inaccessible and staff cannot see people entering the building.

• The doorways leading to the accessible toilet are between 80 and 85 cm wide. Assistance is required to open the doors.

• The aisles between the seats are very narrow (45 cm).

• Access to the cockpit is difficult (narrow door) and the simulator will not be accessible to all types of wheelchairs (transfer required or narrow wheelchair needed)
