Maison du Tourisme du Brabant wallon

The Maison du Tourisme du Brabant wallon, known as Destination BW, is the official tourism promotion body for the province of Walloon Brabant in Belgium.

Practical information :
  • Main entrance :

    - At the main entrance, there is a step and a threshold inclined at more than 20%, which makes it difficult to access for people with reduced mobility.

    - Gives access to an airlock, a lift and a staircase.

  • Interior :

    - The reception desk is too high and does not have an induction loop for the hearing impaired.

    - Staff are not trained to welcome people with disabilities.

    - A brochure on the region's activities, adapted for people with disabilities, is available.

    - The Maison du Tourisme has an adapted toilet in the basement.

  • Secondary entrance :

    - A second accessible entrance exists, but it is currently unused and closed to the public.
