BELvue

Support :

The audit and certification project for 11 museums was made possible thanks to the valuable support of the Brussels-Capital Region.

Museum description :

The BELvue Museum in Brussels is the current museum on Belgium and its history. It is located in the Bellevue Hotel, an extension of the Royal Palace of Brussels, on the corner of Place du Palais and Place Royale.

Discover the country's history through seven themes spread across seven rooms: democracy, prosperity, solidarity, pluralism, migration, languages and Europe. Watch news clips, posters, paintings and graphics and listen to contemporary testimonies. Or touch an object and guess what it is.

Practical information :
  • Each visitor receives a visitor's guide with a map of the museum and a description of all the works.

  • The audio guide can be installed directly on your mobile phone by scanning a QR code.

  • Sign language users can download the AppPatrimoine app, which allows them to download sign language tours.
