Musée des Transports en commun de Wallonie

The Wallonia Public Transport Museum allows visitors to discover public transport from the past to the present day in a 3,500 m² space.

In a former tram depot that has been repurposed, around forty vehicles – horse-drawn carriages, trams, trolleybuses, etc. – bear witness to the history of mobility from the 18th century to the present day. Historical documents, soundscapes and interactive displays also complement the exhibition.

The visit will appeal to enthusiasts, the general public and those who are nostalgic for the past.

The museum rents out the exhibition hall as well as the adjoining cafeteria and auditorium. These two spaces are not included in the accessibility audit, which is limited to individual visits to the museum.

Saint Victor Church in Petigny

The Church of Saint Victor in Petigny (Couvin) was rebuilt between 1872 and 1874 in a neo-Romanesque style, based on plans by architect Ladislas Degreny. It consists of three naves and its bell tower was restored in 1939. The interior was redesigned in 1968 by architect René Michaux. Its organ, built around 1890 by Schyven, has recently undergone a participatory restoration.

Today, the church remains a lively place of worship and also hosts cultural activities.
