Sitwake is a new discipline for people with disabilities. Whether competitive or recreational, it is above all about enjoying the thrill of gliding and water sports. For people with disabilities who are seated or standing, experienced practitioners or beginners, this outdoor activity offers complete integration and real opportunities for progress. Sitwake requires special equipment : a wakeboard with a seat. This is a standard wakeboard with a frame and a shell adapted to the size of the participant to ensure optimal support. The participant's feet are held on the board by a strap. This activity requires a certain amount of arm strength.
