Description of the VENUE :
The Gare Maritime : the former freight station turned urban jungle, now energy neutral !
It offers the ideal setting for innovative cultural events, film shoots or photo shoots, markets and fairs, product launches and promotions. The halls of the Gare Maritime have been transformed into an indoor city. The building is suitable for small meetings or large events. The monumental nave, an architectural highlight, is bathed in indirect natural light and offers sufficient space for well-attended indoor activities.
The green walkways along the central nave feature themed gardens and tall trees, creating the impression that the neighbouring park is extending into the building. The Gare Maritime is a unique venue : attractive, innovative and ambitious.
Practical information :
Please note : This certification only applies to the building and not to future events that may take place there. During events, the layout of the premises is subject to change, which may affect accessibility. The event organiser would then be responsible for any changes. In addition, the certification visit only covered the public part of the building and not the rented parts.
Covered car parks are located next to the Gare Maritime.
There are several entrances : Rue Picard and on the covered car park side (on the left when looking at the Rue Picard façade). The entrances on the car park side have automatic sliding doors ; the Rue Picard doors are always open.
