How long is a certification valid?
An Access-i certification is valid for 3 years from the date the audit is carried out, with the exception of events, for which the certification is valid only for the duration of the event.
This 3-year period helps ensure the reliability and up-to-date nature of the information presented on our website. In particular, it ensures that no changes or new facilities have been introduced in the meantime without being verified by our experts.
At the end of this period, Access-i contacts the operator again to renew the certification.
No changes
If no changes have been made to the facilities, the operator may renew their certification on the basis of a sworn statement confirming that no modifications have been made. A fee will then be charged.
Two renewal options are available :
- 3-year renewal: €165 excl. VAT.
- Annual renewal: €60 excl. VAT per year.
New facilities
If changes have been made to the facilities during the 3-year validity period, a new audit may be required to verify that the information still accurately reflects the situation. When a new audit is carried out, the certification is valid again for a period of 3 years.
End of certification
If the operator does not wish to renew their certification, their information sheet is archived and removed from our website.
