Located in the historic heart of Liège, on the pedestrianised Rue Neuvice, the creative chocolate shop Carré Noir is housed on the ground floor of an old building. It is open from Tuesday to Saturday and on Sunday mornings during the Batte market.
Step inside and Mélanie Lemmens and her team will welcome you with a smile and the aroma of chocolate, and invite you to sample some of their pralines !
You can also sign up for a workshop for groups of 6 to 12 people.
Practical information :
Street parking is difficult in the neighbourhood, but the Cité car park (paying) and the ‘La Batte’ and ‘Place Saint-Lambert’ tram stops are about 500 metres away.
It is also possible to stop on Rue de la Cité to drop someone off at the entrance to the pedestrian street, less than 100 metres from the shop. During the day, tables and chairs are usually set up along the street by shopkeepers so that everyone can sit down or eat.
Payment in cash or by card (touchscreen device).
There are no public toilets in the shop.
