Disabled parking spaces will be reserved for people with reduced mobility near the entrance via the new Route de Suarlée. Easy access via Waze is available via the following link: https://lessolidarites.be/infos-pratiques/accessibilite/.

The number of disabled parking spaces is limited. Priority is given to people with a disabled parking permit. !!!!! Booking a disabled parking space is compulsory in advance via the online form.

A drop-off point is available near the car park, on Rue de l’Artisanat.

If the disabled car park is full, additional disabled parking spaces will be made available at Temploux Aerodrome to allow access to the shuttle buses. These will only be available to people who can board and alight from LETEC shuttle buses unaided, as there is no boarding platform on the bus (even though they are fitted with an access ramp, as the departure and arrival points are not at a LETEC stop or platform).

The shuttles will depart from the car park at Temploux Aerodrome or from Namur railway station.

The ‘airfield’ shuttle stop is located at the start of Rue du Réemploi, 250 metres from the festival entrance.

The ‘railway station’ shuttle stop is located on Rue des Entrepreneurs, 200 metres from the festival entrance, but is only for people who can get on and off a bus without assistance.

Return shuttles will depart from the same location.

A team of volunteers will be on hand to provide information and assistance throughout the festival.

The volunteers have been briefed and trained to assist people with reduced mobility.

Volunteers can be identified by their blue ‘PMR’ vests.

Accessible toilets are provided in the communal areas and near the reserved area.

The Place des Arts stage has a large, ground-level PRM area, raised above the standing festival-goers next to the control room.

The P&V stage has a large raised platform next to the control room.

The event can be reached by various means of transport, but no vehicles are permitted to park on the Ecolys site.

Depending on the number of visitors, traffic and manoeuvring areas may be restricted or cause queues, but priority access routes are being planned.

Depending on visitor numbers, circulation areas may be restricted within the festival site.

There are a few slopes in the green spaces.

To move around the main stage at Place des Arts, there are speed bumps on the ground (these can be bypassed).

In the areas reserved for people with reduced mobility, the number of spaces is limited.

For safety reasons, walking sticks that double as seats and portable stools will be prohibited.

The paths made of paving slabs are not easy to navigate, and there is a potential risk of falling.

To be confirmed: installation of an Augmented Reality (AR) system in the “PHARE” area during the talks. The BIM system is operated using a headset, which will be provided by a PRM volunteer in exchange for your ID card.

The “P&V” stage will have a limited number of seats.

La Casa and L’Escale are hosting concerts and shows. A few seats will be made available.

Le PHARE is hosting seated talks.

A baby-changing area is planned at the central first-aid post.

The site is fenced off, but festival-goers can still leave the grounds on their own. Exits from the festival are not as strictly monitored, so security staff will not always be able to prevent people from leaving.

Concerts in the “PHARE” marquee will be standing-only.

There will be crowds and noise. At this stage, we do not know whether light shows or strobe effects are planned.
